This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Repair, Residential Painting, Commercial Painting, House Painter, Painting Contractor, Painter provided by Blue Collars Painting & Drywall Repair. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Blue Collars Painting & Drywall Repair or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://bluecollarspaintingdrywallrepair.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Blue Collars Painting & Drywall Repair makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Blue Collars Painting & Drywall Repair arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Blue Collars Painting & Drywall Repair harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by LA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in LA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
